When the USDA staff went out to feed their cattle every day, they encountered a problem. This problem was a bump in the ramp which resulted in spilling of feed. This spilling was costly and troublesome. We are glad that they called out to us for a free inspection of their sinking concrete. PolyLevel injection was a quick and easy solution which raised the concrete up to level once more. Now the cows get their full fair share of feed with no waste due to bump!
Cracks in your basement can cause problems in your home. Sometimes these are structural problems, sometimes they are more nuisance problems. This was the case with this crack. While it was not impacting the structural integrity of the home, this crack would seep moisture in to the basement. The homeowners had made efforts to repair it through the years, but the water continued to seep through. They will have this priblem no more due to the permanent fix provided by Flexispan. This solution remains flexible and provides a barrier against water seepage for years to come. How do you know whether the crack in your wall is impacting the structural integrity of your home? Call the experts at DryZone for a free inspection and you will KNOW if the crack in your home is causing problems and how those problems can be solved.
This homeowner called DryZone with concern about his steps which were sinking and leaning into his home. Our inspector knew that the quickest and easiest solution to this problem would be the use of helical piers. Our crews arrived and installed helical piers on both sides of the stairs giving them the support that they needed to stand straight. Once more, a presentable and safe entrance to the home was restored through the efforts of Team DryZone.
This crawl space was encapsulated by DryZone in 2011. We show you so many pictures of freshly done, beautiful and pristine crawl spaces. This crawl space was in trouble and it was causing damage to the home and potentially dangerous conditions for the family that lived just a few short inches above this muck. Standing water and high humidity both in the air (80%) and the wood (29%) was bound to cause structural damage if not addressed. Luckily, these homeowners contacted DryZone for a free inspection. Our inspector provided the right solutions and the installation team did an amazing job of controlling the water and creating a beautiful and healthy environment for these happy homeowners in Georgetown, DE.
Standing water damages crawl spaces. Microbial growth and wood rot are a very real result of extended periods of time with standing water in your crawl space. The best solution for you and your home is to reach out to DryZone. We have the skills and expertise to solve this problem the right way.
This is an amazing transformation, but it is one accomplished every day by DryZone! This crawl space had suffered from high humidity for years. The weight of the water in the air was pulling down the insulation, along with providing a habitat which led to microbial growth and poor air quality in the home. This transformation included a full encapsulation with CleanSpace liner and the installation of a SaniDry dehumidifier. This homeowner was thrilled with the work completed by our crews, including our electrician. From beginning to end, DryZone created an amazing transformation which will improve the longevity of the home and the health of the people inside for years to come.
These homeowners love their house. They have invested a great deal of time and finances into making it their home. Thin plastic tossed on the ground in the crawl space was doing nothing to protect the investment that they had made into their home. Humidity and ground water encroachment are evident in this before picture. Team DryZone laid down drainage matting beneath Clean Space 20 millimeter liner. The drainage matting will allow ground water to flow beneath the crawl space liner. The Clean Space liner is uniquely designed for flexibility and longevity along with having an odorless antimicrobial additive which will prevent microbial growth. This is exactly the way homeowners who care about the longevity of their home want their crawl space to be protected.
These homeowner called in and knew what they wanted. They asked for new insulation, encapsultation, and sump pump... and that is what they got! They also got a clean, dry, space under their home!
How did the installation of your project go?
"Excellent. I couldn’t be happier with the employees representing DryZone - I feel confident telling my friends about the work performed on my house. Last year I had the crawl space completely encapsulated the two employees then and the 2 employees this tie installed the supports. As I have said before you fortunate to have such hardworking people who actually care about doing quality work - Doing it right the 1st time!"
