Even before the work began, I received in the mail an overview packet of the company and the various work Dry Zone does and the superior products they use. This prepared me and also educated me on the various solutions to the issues I was having with my sidewalk and driveway. The company representative, Nick Theofiles, was not only punctual but superb. He is easy to work with and knowledgeable about what solutions were available to me. He listened to all my concerns and answered every question. He took the time to go over my quote and the work involved. What a great decision! Going with Dry Zone was the right choice. They are local and arrived as scheduled. The work was done thoroughly and the cleanup was meticulous. I am completely satisfied with the work Dry Zone did for me. In fact, if Google reviews offered a sixth star for satisfaction, I would give Dry Zone that! They were that good.

DryZone encapsulated our crawl space last year and recently did the first annual maintenance checkup. The encapsulation was done very well. The process is a bit costly but well worth it in our judgment. The checkup found nothing major to repair. The cost of the checkup was reasonable.

His customer service was textbook- greeted us, introduced himself, explained what services will be done, and provided a detailed report with specific issues that were performed.
