So far your system is working very good. It's really nice to go under my house without having to put on a wet suit. Bill's presentation was very detailed and he answered all questions to my satisfaction.

Working with Derek was great! He is so courteous and polite. I could really tell that he cared about what I needed. As for the job done by the installers, My plumbers comment was "Wow, I felt like I had to take my shoes off down there!" Thank you, DryZone!

Our son was familiar with you work because a house where he was building an addition had a recent problem with the basement that you had fixed. How were your initial call to the office and sales visits handled? Excellent. wonderful welcome packet you send between the first call and appointment How did the installation of your project go? Excellent. Our job was an “emergency” on.  You really did that as such Please grade our clean up. Good. Which DryZone employee stood out above the rest? Both work crews were outstanding! Do you have any general comments for feedback related to the production team? Even though Jose and Danny are foreman, the other members of the team knew exactly what needs to be done. Will you recommend us to you family and friends? Yes Would you hire our company again for another waterproofing, structural, or finishing project? Yes - but we hope to never have one!

Derek was good. He took lots of pictures which was great for me because I can't get under my house. He was very helpful.

Steve is very knowledgeable and helpful. He put in the dryer vent and I am very pleased with his work.
