This home owner called DryZone due to sagging floors.  During our inspection, we found high moisture content in the wood, along with high humidity reading throughout the crawlspace.  The homeowner previously had power vents installed, and the vents brought more moisture into the crawlspace.

This house in Middletown takes being a split level home to a new meaning. Their basement wall has a huge crack that runs from one side to the other right through the middle of the wall. To keep this wall from bowing or buckling we installed a few GeoLock Wall Anchor systems. GeoLock Wall Anchors have and anchor placed far out in solid soil and then the anchor on the inside of the wall, attaching the two is a long steel rod.
