The foundation in the Nanticoke, MD home was not in the best shape. The homeowners were concerned with the beams that were holding up the home. When they started to realize the wood was not in good shape, they were concerned with the safety of their home. The homeowners contacted DryZone to take a look at their crawl space foundation and come up with a solution to improve their beams. In order to fix this problem, DryZone suggested SmartJacks in the crawl space to replace the existing pier columns. 

This house in Bear DE just needed a little extra support so we installed some SmartJacks to strengthen the beams and fix the sagging floors.

A man's home had settled and the home was too weak to keep the foundation itself aligned. DryZone installed wall anchors which helped raise the home and hold it upward.

This crack had previously undergone an attempted repair in the past which proved not only to be ineffective but also quit ugly as well. One of our crews from DryZone came out cleaned up the crack and then sealed it up with FlexiSpan. This home owner called DryZone due to sagging floors.  During our inspection, we found high moisture content in the wood, along with high humidity reading throughout the crawlspace.  The homeowner previously had power vents installed, and the vents brought more moisture into the crawlspace.
