Upon inspection of the wall, we were able to find cracks around and near two pipes. We used FlexiSpan to seal and protect the area.

This basement had previously flooded when one of the crews from DryZone went out there. The problem was swiftly identified in the form of a underperforming Sump Pump. Luckily there was an easy solution in the form of the TripleSafe which is on of the most advanced models. It has three pumps to make sure that even if one pump is overwhelmed you basement will remain dry.
