Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This homeowner recently bought this home and knew they had to have a waterproof system added to ensure that no damage occurs in the future. They gave us a call to come out and take a look. We are going to put in a full waterproofing system to make sure no water damage can occur. 

We will also be installing a brand-new egress window as well.

The homeowner found water coming into their finished basement. Once they opened up the wall, they found a leak that looked to have been fixed in the past but had failed. They also found a separate crack in another spot they are wanting to fix as well.

FlexiSpan® crack repair is actually a three-part process that begins with the application of a flexible sealant along the full length of the crack. Next, a strip of flexible and porous foam is installed over the crack.

Finally, an impermeable membrane is adhered to the wall on both sides of the foam strip.

This homeowner had a basement with a wall crack that was repaired a couple years ago and it failed again.  They called DryZone out and our Designer showed them the FlexiSpan Wall Crack repair system.  This system is designed to flex with the wall during the temperature changes. The repair has a 5 year warranty, transferable if they decide to sell the home. 

This homeowner was experiencing cracks in their basement wall. This part of their wall is unfinished, which is allowing water to come into the home. They also wanted to have this back porch fixed as it was bowing outward. After taking a look at both areas of concern, we deemed that we could fix the issues at hand by using our Geo Lock Wall Anchors for the porch and FlexiSpan to fix the wall brack.

With a sump pump replacement, Waterguard and a SaniDry Xp, this basement will be dry again to store this homeowner's belongings!
