Heather, owner with her husband Bill, is DryZone’s Chief Administrative Officer. She assists all Team Members with their jobs throughout the day. Since DryZone started in 2006, Heather has been in control of the Appointment Center, Production Scheduling Department, Service Department, Payroll and Employee Development.
DryZone has grown so much over the past years that she now has a staff and can breathe a little easier every day. However, she continues overseeing the office and making sure all homeowners, vendors and employees are being treated as part of the DryZone family.
Heather’s main purpose is to make sure her community is taken care of by providing secure long term jobs, stable and healthy homes and bringing pride back to small town America.
Heather is always available for her team. She is there with good advice or thoughtful insights when needed. No one is able to hide a bad day from Heather, personal or professional, there is always time to talk about it.
As for Heather personally, she is born and raised in Delaware. Heather was raised in a family full of entrepreneurs. One grandfather was an inventor and well known in Milton, Delaware. The other was a small business owner, himself, from New Castle, Delaware. Heather’s dad manufactured water well filtration products for over 20 years. You can always hear her saying “if he could get water to your house, she can get the water problem away.”
Heather and Bill have one daughter named Grace, whom you may see at our home shows. Grace is considered the "Little Sister" of all of the guys here at DryZone. They have 3 furbabies as well. Two were rescued from a home that DryZone encapsulated. They were 2 weeks old and Heather spent 4 weeks nursing them to health around the office. The two kittens along with their two brothers are still in the DryZone family, one adopted by a Foreman and the other by a Design Specialist. Once a family member, always a family member here at DryZone.
