Encapsulating a Summer Home in Ocean City, MD
A summer home in Ocean City, MD had large renovations done and the homeowners also wanted to have the crawl space encapsulated. After several failed calls and attempts to get a company out to do so, the homeowners called the experts at DryZone. The homeowners expressed that no company in their area would encapsulate a mobile home except for DryZone and for that, they were extremely grateful. DryZone was more than happy to help and got straight to work. Pierre and his crew worked around the clock and successfully removed all debris including falling insulation. The standing water was also removed. Because there was a significant gap between where the foundation and home meet, the crew air-sealed the foundation and explained to the homeowners that some of the foam may be exposed. Next, the crew blocked off all vents from the inside to keep out unconditioned air. The crew also added a SaniDry Sedona paired with a Condensate Pump. Once all units were installed, the crew installed the CleanSpace Technology and Foamax wall insulation. The homeowners were flabbergasted at how quickly and precisely the crew got the job done. Another satisfied homeowner thanks to the DryZone experts. Call DryZone today for your FREE inspection and estimate!
Crawlspace Encapsulation in Ocean City, MD
John M. contacted the experts at DryZone while in the process of selling their home. During the inspection, it was discovered that the crawlspace had microbial growth and elevated humidity levels. This issue would hinder their ability to sell the house, so they needed a solution. Our System Design Specialist conducted a free inspection and confirmed the high humidity and microbial growth in the crawlspace.   To address this, we implemented a comprehensive crawlspace encapsulation system, which included CleanSpace, CleanSpace Wall Liner, and a SaniDry Sedona. The humidity level in the crawlspace exceeded 70%, but with the SaniDry Sedona, it can maintain relative humidity at 55%. This powerful dehumidifier has an impressive capacity of 100 pints per day and circulates over 300 cubic feet of dry air per minute throughout the space.   John M. is thrilled that we've resolved the crawlspace problems, allowing them to proceed with selling their home. Team DryZone is delighted to have helped this Ocean City, MD homeowner be able to sell their property without any complications.
Push Piers in Ocean City, MD
A homeowner in Ocean City, MD was experiencing issues with the back porch of their home settling into the ground. Concerned that the problem would only get worse, they began researching local foundation repair companies and discovered DryZone. They reached out to schedule a free inspection, and our System Design Specialist, Jamie, conducted a thorough evaluation. Jamie explained the solutions we offer that could potentially lift the porch back to its original level and provide lasting peace of mind.    The primary component for this project was the installation of push piers. These rugged steel piers feature a patent-pending external sleeve that reinforces the pier at the critical tension point beneath the bracket. Push piers are installed next to the footing and secured with a heavy-duty steel bracket. Once stabilization and lifting are complete, the surrounding soil is backfilled to finish the installation. This method is the best foundation repair option when soil conditions are unknown, delivering a permanent solution to settlement issues.    Thanks to these proven solutions, this homeowner can now rest easy knowing their porch is secure and will no longer sink into the ground. DryZone is proud to have helped protect another home on Delmarva.
Foundation Repair in Ocean City, MD
A homeowner in Ocean City, MD, noticed cracks forming in the foundation of their home and suspected it might be settling. Concerned that the problem could worsen, they began searching for local foundation repair experts and came across DryZone. After reviewing our before-and-after projects and learning more about the solutions we provide, they scheduled a free inspection with our team.    Our System Design Specialist, Tom, performed a detailed inspection and confirmed that the home's foundation was indeed settling. Tom explained the available solutions, and the homeowner decided to move forward with the project.    The main solution for this repair was the installation of Helical Piers. This system permanently stabilizes the home's foundation and, in many cases, can even restore it to level. Steel piers are mechanically "screwed" deep into the soil with compact equipment, reaching load-bearing strata. Once in place, a heavy-duty steel foundation bracket is attached to the piers and secured to the home's footing, providing long-lasting support.    Thanks to these solutions, this Ocean City homeowner now has peace of mind knowing their foundation is stabilized against future settlement. At DryZone, we're proud to provide foundation repair solutions that protect homes across Delmarva.

What a Difference a Day Makes at This Bethany Beach House
In Bethany Beach, DE, we installed a beautiful granite-like polyaspartic floor coating underneath their beach home to give it a fresh new look!  The surface is first prepped using an industrial grinder. Then, cracks and surface damage are repaired. After this step, the base coat is applied. Decorative flake is then aggresively broadcast over the surface. Once this sets for some time, the excess flake is taken off and a clear top coat is applied.  Not only is this coating highly abrasion and chemical resistant, it won't yellow or peel, and it's installed in 1 day!

Crawlspace Drainage Replacement Bethany Beach, DE
When this homeowner purchased the home, he was told to have someone take a look at the crawlspace to ensure the area was well protected. Our team came out to take a look and noticed that the crawlspace has already been encapsulated with foam board insulation on the walls, which we will be leaving. What we did suggest to ensure the area stays a healthy space was to remove and replace any liner within the area and the existing perimeter drainage.    We also noticed within the sump crock there was a corrugated pipe that was being used as a drain system. Because of this, we connected our hydro link to the existing dump pump. The original discharge line was connected to the sewer line, the homeowner had a plumber disconnect that so we could run the line outside and away from the home.
