Our System Design Specialist, Tom, completed a thorough evaluation and reviewed the recommended solutions.   This crawlspace encapsulation included several major components: CleanSpace, DrainageMatting, and a SaniDry Sedona. CleanSpace is a durable 20-mil liner manufactured with an antimicrobial additive that brightens the crawlspace and makes it easier to spot insects, microbial growth, moisture, and more. The SaniDry Sedona delivers powerful performance, removing up to 100 pints of moisture per day and circulating over 300 cubic feet of dry air per minute throughout the crawlspace or basement.     With these solutions in place, Ken can now enjoy peace of mind knowing his crawlspace is protected for years to come. A local antique store noticed sagging floors when a customer pointed out a dip in the hallway. Because this store housed heavy furniture and valuable items, they knew they needed a solution to lift and strengthen the floors. DryZone inspected the crawlspace and took note of high humidity that weakened the floor joists, causing them to sink from heavy-weight items. DryZone installed drainage matting to redirect groundwater into a sump pump while blocking moisture.
