Dry Zone,                Thank you for the fine work done at my Beach House. I first met with Brad Wazlavek at my house and he went to work and checked everything and told me what needed to be done. He knew exactly what he was doing. I went with his suggestions and the work was completed in a timely manner.  They actually completed the work before the estimated date. They did an excellent job and I could not tell they were actually there as they cleaned everything up before they left. I also spoke with Heather who was very polite and help me with the billing. DryZone's crew was very knowledgeable and patient, open to questions, and easy to talk to. The clean up went very well, i was very pleased with everything, the service and I am considering having future work done to my home.

Our salesman, Johnny, was competent, comprehensive, and honest. He listened to us and discussed alternatives. DryZone's system was the best choice for quality and price. Samantha and Rob in the office were courteous. Our installers Jeff, Martin, and Jeslier were polite and professional. We are glad to hear that you also have yearly service packages.

The tech was on time and so polite. I could tell that he is very knowledgeable when it comes to your products. He addressed all of my questions and finished up in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend DryZone to my friends and family.

The inspector, Derek McCarra, presented a clear and well illustrated presentation. He answered all of our questions and followed up with us thoroughly. The office staff (Rob and Dawn) were excellent, very professional. Mario and Juan were very hard workers and had great positive attitudes. They did a VERY difficult job, very well.
