An EverLast crawlspace door and well prevents water and debris from entering the crawl space. The door and well are made from plastic and weatherstripping, so a snug fit is guaranteed.  The EverLast well is additional protection absorbing water away from the crawl space.  

This Crawlspace received a major upgrade in the form of the TripleSafe replacing their previous pump and the instillation of CleanSpace. The two of these products are highly effective at keeping water out of the crawlspace and keeping humidity levels down.

CleanSpace Encapsulation is designed to protect your crawlspace from high humidity, condensation, microbial growth, wood rot, insects, and critters. The solution is to uncouple the effects of the earth on your house with CleanSpace- isolating your house from the ground.

Our System Design Specialist, Don, conducted a thorough inspection and reviewed the solutions available to help prevent flooding and control moisture in the crawlspace.

To protect the space, we installed HydroLink around the perimeter to direct any water that enters straight to the TripleSafe sump pump system. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona, which can remove up to 100 pints of moisture per day and move more than 300 cubic feet of dry air per minute. To complete the system, we installed CleanSpace, a thick liner similar to a pool liner. CleanSpace is manufactured with an antimicrobial additive called UltraFresh that is molded directly into the material.
