Crawlspace Encapsulation in Fruitland, MD
A homeowner in Fruitland, MD was struggling with persistent allergy symptoms inside their home. Suspecting that the problem might be coming from below, they did some research and discovered that issues in the crawlspace could be contributing to poor indoor air quality. Wanting to get to the root of the issue, they reached out to the experts at DryZone.   Our System Design Specialist, Jamie, conducted a free, comprehensive inspection of the crawlspace. During the evaluation, Jamie found that high humidity levels were creating the perfect environment for microbial growth.   To resolve the problem, DryZone designed and installed a customized crawlspace encapsulation system. The key components included CleanSpace, a durable vapor barrier that seals out moisture, and the powerful SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The SaniDry Sedona is capable of removing up to 100 pints of moisture from the air per day and circulates over 300 cubic feet of dry air per minute—helping to maintain a dry, clean environment beneath the home.     Thanks to these solutions, the Fruitland homeowner can now enjoy a healthier indoor environment with reduced allergens and improved air quality. DryZone is proud to have helped protect another home and family from the damaging effects of moisture and microbial growth.

Wet Basement gets Waterproofing System in Claymont, DE
Basement flooding had turned this unfinished basement into a space that could no longer be used. Instead of relying on this extra space for storage and laundry, this homeowner avoided the basement as much as possible. After a storm, the homeowner went to the basement to check on the sump pump. The sump pump was not working at all and started to cause muddy puddles on the floor. She knew she needed a better sump pump and waterproofing system to keep puddles from happening in her basement. Lifting Sunken Concrete in Claymont, DE
A homeowner in Claymont, DE noticed their garage floor was pulling away from the walls and beginning to sink. The process involves drilling small, penny-sized holes into the slab, then injecting a structural-grade polymer into the voids beneath. As the foam expands, it lifts the concrete with precision and provides long-lasting support.   Thanks to DryZone and the power of PolyLevel®, this Claymont homeowner can now enjoy a safe, level garage floor and peace of mind knowing the problem has been permanently addressed.
