This family in Smyrna, DE had a musty smell in their home that started to really bother everyone and heighten their allergies.  With a call to DryZone, we were able to find their crawlspace was very damp and needed to be taken care of as soon as possible! Our System Design Specialist, Jamie, conducted a free inspection and confirmed the unevenness of the concrete. Our production team promptly took action to address this safety concern.   To tackle the issue, we utilized several key components for the concrete leveling: PolyLevel, NexusPro, and DecoShield. PolyLevel is an effective solution that lifts and stabilizes sinking concrete slabs using a high-density polyurethane formula. We start by drilling small holes (about the size of a penny) into the affected slab and then inject a structural grade polymer into the void. The polyurethane expands, allowing for precise lifting and leveling of the concrete.   Now, this homeowner in Eden, MD, can relax and enjoy a safe pool deck that is free from tripping hazards. The DryZone team is thrilled to have provided a solution that restored the concrete slabs without the need for costly replacements.

The store front in Bridgeville, DE is experiencing sinking concrete issues. This is a serious tripping hazard for customers that are trying to enter or exit the store.
