This couple in Bethany Beach, DE had more than they bargained for in their crawlspace. With water building up with nowhere to go, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and CleanSpace liner to encapsulate the whole space and keep the water out and away from this home!

Standing water was a constant issue in this Bethany Beach, DE crawl space. In order to curb the high moisture, DryZone did a full encapsulation with a TripleSafe sump pump and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. 

Mosy crawlspace entry ways will force you to get done and crawl but the turtle does not as it provides an easy wat to enter your crawlspace with its upwards opening door. 

This homeowner decided it was time to upgrade their protection so they called the experts here at DryZone to come out and get it done. To do this we installed CleanSpace which will act as encapsulation and insulation. 

When this homeowner purchased the home, he was told to have someone take a look at the crawlspace to ensure the area was well protected. Our team came out to take a look and noticed that the crawlspace has already been encapsulated with foam board insulation on the walls, which we will be leaving. What we did suggest ensuring the area stays a healthy space was to remove and replace any liner within the area and the existing perimeter drainage. 

We also noticed within the sump crock there was a corrugated pipe that was being used as a drain system. Because of this, we connected our hydro link to the existing dump pump. The original discharge line was connected to the sewer line, the homeowner had a plumber disconnect that so we could run the line outside and away from the home.
