This owner had previously called another company and asked them to encapsulate their Crawlspace but the company did not do the job right resulting in the CrawlSpace continuing to flood. To fix this the Homeowners called the experts here at DryZone and we fixed the encapsulation and installed brand New SumpPumps to keep this Crawlspace dry for many years to come

A home owner in Selbyville, Delaware called DryZone to take advantage of our free, no obligation inspection. The homeowners had recently bought the home and had no idea what exactly was wrong, or even why there was a strong musky smell lingering in the home.  While inspecting the crawl space, our inspector noticed a few things wrong.  There was wet, damp insulation which was causing the musky smell in the home. Debris was all around the crawl space.  Lastly, some of the soil was wet. We were able to address the situation and fix the problem. We removed out the damp insulation, cleaned the crawl space, and then installed new insulation, a crawl space vapor barrier liner, a sump pump to drain the water, and a crawl space dehumidifier to help keep the space dry all the time!
