We performed this crawl space repair work in a Lewes, DE home that was full of nasty smells, old insulation, termite damage, and even puddles of water. Most major damage in a crawl space is caused by water and/or moisture in the air. The DryZone crew went in and cleaned the place up, then laid out the heavy CleanSpace liner. This home was in desperate need of a vaporbarrier. We installed our 20 mil CleanSpace vapor barrier to help the moisture control!

Isolating the house from the earth, closing outside air leaks will give the homeowner an energy efficient crawlspace.   

This homeowner in Milford, DE had a crawl space door that leaked and rattled in the wind.

DryZone installed an Everlast crawl space door which is made from 1/2" thick PVC plastic. This entry door is now secure, leak-proof and will keep debris out of the crawl space.
