The crawl space of this Greenbackville, VA home was filled with debris. The homeowners had tried to seal off the crawl space with the plastic sheet on the floor, but its poor design made it very inefficient. Water was still entering the area, permitting mold growth and rot. We installed our CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system. 

Dust and microbial growth were prominent in this Greenbackville, VA crawl space. To protect the homeowners of this home, DryZone encapsulated with 20 mm thick CleanSpace and a powerful dehumidifier. 

A home in Milton, Delaware had so much water damage and bits of their insulation was falling down. DryZone's production crew had came out and cleaned it all up. DryZone also went and repaired and installed new plastic flooring to the ground to help keep the crawlspace from getting wet again, and also by keeping it fresh.

The wall cracks in the Milton home were some of the worst we have ever seen. The homeowner was in a panic, and it was not without reason. We used 288 push piers to strengthen and support the failing foundation.

This home had severe damage due to rotting wood and heavy moisture. Some areas had large gaps where the wood was completely gone. DryZone went in and fixed the problem with a combination of CleanSpace vapor barrier, SmartJacks, and new wood. We were able to stabilize the floors and dry the space out.
