This Georgetown homeowner was looking to have debris removed from their crawlspac and to have water pumped out to keep the space dry.

This homeowner gave us a call because they noticed the basement wall has cracks in various spots with active water flow. They were taking a look throughout the basement because they were in the early stages of planning to finish the basement. They did not want to get any further before correcting the water issue first.

Our team went out to take a look and recommended using FlexiSpan to fill and seal the cracks as well as adding our CleanSpace wall system to the previously installed WaterGuard. All of these products will ensure that the homeowner can move onto finishing their basement with no worries of water entering the space again.

This homeowner reached out to us with heavy concern for their rental property. Their main concern is with the stability of the flooring and the terrible mess in the crawlspace. We went out to take a look and after some conversation with the owner, we decided it would be best to complete the restoration of the home and crawlspace in two parts.

Part one would be removing all of the debris, batt insulation, and pump all over the water out of the crawlspace. Once done with this, we would move onto part two, which would include the installation of SmartJack supports, Rim Joist / Still Plate replacement, add supplemental / sister Floor Joist and add a replacement Girder.

After completion of the entire project, the owner will no longer have to worry about an unhealthy crawlspace and an unstable home for renters.

We received a call from this homeowner with some concern over a leak that is coming in from around their water pipe and a wall crack. Our team was able to go out and inspect the area to figure out how we can best help. After taking a look, we recommended using FlexiSpan to repair the area.

We received a call from this homeowner with some heavy concerns regarding the floors in their home. They have noticed that they are dropping and sagging and need them to be fixed urgently. After our team was able to take a look, we determined that ALL of the girders need to be replaced. One of them was so bad that it seems about 80% of it is gone and rotted away.

Another thing we will be doing is replacing some of the joists as a few of them are rotted away, lastly, we are going to be fully encapsulating to assist with the wood moisture issue that has caused this damage.
