This homeowner's crawlspace had many beams that held moisture an became a breeding ground for mold. In order for the crawlspace to be like new, DryZone wrapped everything in CleanSpace, added a dehumidifier to remove the moisture in the air, and a sump pump for proper drainage.

Concrete slabs can settle into the ground when dirt washes away underneath. When slabs sink, they can collect water, and can cause water damage to a home that is against a slab. 

Falling insulation and water intrusion can be a bad mix full of microbial growth. After cleaning the fallen insulation out of the crawl space, DryZone controlled the moisture and placed a strong sump pump to remove ground water as soon as it comes in. 

After purchasing the home from a family member, this homeowner wanted to improve the look of the basement.
