This crawlspace had previously been improperly worked on by another company so DryZone cam out to fix it up. To do this firstly we installed a SmartSump and an IceGuard to pump out water and to prevent freezing during the winter. Also expanded to CleanSpace lining on the floor to cover most of the walls as to prevent moisture from seeping through them into the crawlspace.
This crawlspace was becoming the perfect festering ground for mold because of all of the decaying wood within it. If left uncleaned this could also begin to negatively effect the wood used in the foundation causing it to degrade and reduce the structural stability of the house. To solve this issue the wood was removed and the crawlspace was sealed to prevent outside air coming in . A SaniDry Sedona was installed which will keep the humidity low and will filter out mold spores to keep your crawlspace mold free
This Homeowner decided it was time to give their crawlspace some attention so they decided to give the experts here at DryZone a call. We then came out and installed Cleanspace so that water vapor would not be able to get in which will prevent mold growth and wood rot
This homeowner decided it was time to do some renovating and wanted to include their Crawlspace so they called the experts here at DryZone to come out and get it done. First, we came in and removed any debris in the Crawlspace so that we could then install CleanSpace which will act as a vapor barrier and keep their Crawlspace dry for the years to come.
