This homeowner was struggling with microbial growth in the crawlspace caused by a leak. We installed DrainageMatting to create a thermal break and provide a drainage space for water to flow toward the SmartSump or SmartPipe.

We removed the existing liner and replaced it with DrainageMatting, which creates a durable, puncture-resistant thermal break between the ground and the crawlspace. 

A crawl space in Bethel, Delaware had flooded after Hurricane Sandy. The crawl space had so much water it was about 3 feet high and surrounded the entire crawl space. Once DryZone was able to drain most of the water, we were able to take pictures and begin working on restoring the crawl space itself. After properly draining the water, we had placed the CleanSpace liner down and installed a dehumidifier to keep the crawl space nice and dry.

The crawl space is experiencing moisture issues as well as insulation problems. The homeowners would love for DryZone to encapsulate their crawl space to keep the moisture problems out!
