Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawlspace Encapsulation in New Castle, DE
Lauren was in the process of selling their home and knew the crawlspace could become an issue during the inspection. They reached out to the trusted experts at DryZone to schedule a free inspection. Our System Design Specialist, Don, conducted a thorough inspection and found signs of previous standing water in the crawlspace.
To fully protect the space and resolve the moisture concerns, we installed a complete crawlspace encapsulation system. The major components included CleanSpace, DrainageMatting, HydroLink, and a SaniDry Sedona. The SaniDry Sedona delivers an impressive 100 pints per day of moisture removal and circulates over 300 cubic feet of dry air per minute throughout the crawlspace or basement.

CleanSpace
CleanSpace is a heavy 20-mil liner manufactured in seven layers for flexibility, brute tear resistance, and puncture resistance.
