After Encapsualtion
CleanSpace is a durable 20-mil-thick liner manufactured with an antimicrobial additive called UltraFresh.
After Encapsulation
CleanSpace is manufactured with seven layers, combining high-density polyethylene for puncture resistance, low-density polyethylene for flexibility, and polyester cord reinforcement for exceptional tear strength.
After Encapsulation
CleanSpace will also be installed on the piers to prevent moisture from wicking up through the soil into the concrete blocks.
After Encapsulation
The negative effects of a dirt crawlspace can include high humidity, condensation, microbial growth, wood rot, insects, cold floors, and increased heating costs. CleanSpace addresses these issues by creating a barrier between your home and the ground, effectively isolating your house from the earth's moisture and its harmful effects.
