Repairing a wet crawlspace in Delaware

Studies have shown that a crawlspace with the foundation vents left open can hurt your home.  The quality of the air will decrease and the wood in the home can get termites, mold or wood rot.  More importantly you will lose electricy or gas in your home, this is due to either hot or cold air (depending on the season) getting into your crawlspace.  Your HVAC equipment is sometimes located in the crawlspace and when you have your air conditioner running in the summer, the vents that are open will allow hot humid air in from the outside which makes the furnace less efficient.  Stop this by having DryZone install a new vapor barrier and block those vents. DryZone services all of DE and MD.
