I was really impressed with work you did at my daughter's house, it was the biggest reason I went with DryZone. Also, I've heard a lot of positive things from friends that have used you. The office staff is always so polite. I always feel like I am important to you as a customer. Kenny and his crew did the encapsulation and the window and they were excellent! The clean up afterwards was as good as, if not better, than when they arrived. I have had a lot of work done on, in, and around my house and your crew was top notch! The are the best!

Charles was very impressed with Heather Anderson's confrimation call and appointment setting. It was only later during the appoitnment with Barry Adkins that Charles realized that Heather was the owner of the company. Even more impressed that the owner takes the time to call homeowners.

What two reasons led you to choose DryZone over another company? The previous homeowner and execution contracted Dryzone to installed the 2 sump pump system. How were your initial call to the office and sales visits handled? Excellent. How did the installation of your project go? Excellent. Please grade our clean up. Excellent. Which DryZone employee stood out above the rest? Rob: Gave initial information, answered all my questions. Derek: Gave an excellent and thorough encapsulation presentation.
