This homeowner gave us a call to help refresh the pool area, patio and basketball court with our polyaspartic concrete floor coating.  Before the coating was started, we prepped the surface with an industrial grinder. After we prepped the surface, we filled in any cracks with NexusPro joint sealant. Then, the tinted base coat is applied to the concrete. We then aggresively coat the concrete with a vinyl flake, which comes in a variety of colors to choose from. After this is fully broadcast over the whole surface, we blow off any excess flake and disgard of what is not needed. We then apply a clear top coat which seals in all the flake.  Our concrete coating transforms outdoor spaces to look like new in no time! Inground pools can be a great addition to a home. However, with concrete pool decks, you always run the risk of the slabs shifting. With people getting in and out of the pool, water spills on the concrete, sinking between the seams and washing away dirt underneath. As a result, the concrete slabs become uneven, causing dangerous tripping hazards. And because the pool lining can be sensitive, chipping away and repouring concrete can become messy! DryZone repaired this concrete pool deck by drilling a small hole in the concrete slab and injecting a hardening foam underneath. The waterproof foam expands, lifting the concrete slab back to its original height, and the seams are sealed with a water-resistant sealant. Now, this pool is ready for summer!

Inground pools and concrete pool decks are a perfect addition to a backyard. However, over time, pool water can wash away dirt underneath concrete slabs and cause the slabs to sink. DryZone was able to repair these concrete slabs by injecting a hardening foam called PolyLevel, and sealing the seams with a waterproof sealant.

When water sits, it affects the moisture in the air, and eventually weakens floorboards. Eventually, flooding crawl spaces cause microbial growth on the foundation blocks and floorboards. For this homeowner, he noticed water stains and efflorescence on his foundation walls, and standing water lasted weeks after any rain had fallen. He knew he needed a drainage system to pump water out of the crawl space instead of holding it. DryZone helped improve drainage by installing a trench drain around the perimeter of the crawl space. After this, DryZone installed a strong sump pump to remove rainwater and groundwater instead of allowing it to flood.
