This homeowner was experiencing sinking concrete on their back walkway. The concrete was so out of place, causing it to be a huge tripping factor Our team was able to go in and use our product, polylevel, to lift and level the sidewalk.

This homeowner was experiencing cracks in their basement wall. This part of their wall is unfinished, which is allowing water to come into the home. They also wanted to have this back porch fixed as it was bowing outward. After taking a look at both areas of concern, we deemed that we could fix the issues at hand by using our Geo Lock Wall Anchors for the porch and FlexiSpan to fix the wall brack.

This homeowner was continuously having to repair her basement due to flooding. Once we took a look, we recommended a few of out solutions in order to stop this from happening for good. Our full basement waterproofing solutions that we have available, will solve all issues at hand and prevent any further flooding or leaking.

This Homeowner noticed sinking concrete on their back walkway. They called us to come take a look at it and provide a solution because it is a tripping hazard. We identified 3 areas on the walkway that needed to be lifted and leveled. While we were at it, they asked us to pressure wash both the front and back walkways!

This homeowner needed us to remove their existing builder grade egress window and to replace it with one of our Rockwell egress windows. In order to do this, we had to cut a new opening in the wall. Additionally, we also needed to fix a crack in the wall with our FlexiSpan crack repair system.

This homeowner was in need of a new sump pump to ensure that water would no longer fill their basement. Our team was able to remove the old sump pump and install one of our Triple Safe sump pumps with a discharge line. This makes sure that any water that enters their basement in the future is removed properly.

We have done repair work for this homeowner in the past, so they knew they could reach out to us to get the job done. They noticed some wall cracks in their basement walls and want to have them repaired before there is any chance of water coming through and flooding the basement. We will use FlexiSpan to fill and seal all cracks to ensure the area stays clean and dry.

The homeowner found water coming into their finished basement. Once they opened up the wall, they found a leak that looked to have been fixed in the past but had failed. They also found a separate crack in another spot they are wanting to fix as well.

This homeowner found a few cracks in the unfinished portion of their basement behind the garage foundation wall. We used FlexiSpan to fill and seal the crack permanently, as well installed ice guard on their discharge line so water does not freeze in it.

This homeowner has a very expensive Geo-Thermal System under their home. It is currently not protected by any encapsulation system, which is why they reached out to us. We are going to be using our CleanSpace encapsulation system in order to protect the area.   It was also pointed out to us that there are 2 wooden posts that are holding up a beam. These posts are sitting on blocks which have sunken into the ground. We recommended removing that and replacing it with our Smart Jacks to ensure the stability and safety of the foundation.
