Because this homeowner did not live in Lewes, DE full time, they did not notice the musty smells coming from the crawl space until they came down for a weekend away. They spent the majority of their visit cleaning and lighting candles to mask the smell, but it never went away. They called the crawl space experts at DryZone to see what was the problem. DryZone noticed a high level of humidity and hanging insulation. On the hanging insulation was some microbial growth, most likely the cause of the musty smell. DryZone added a dehumidifier to the crawl space and removed the wet insulation to protect the floor joists. 

This homeowner called DryZone after noticing sagging floors in her kitchen and bathroom.  A design specialist from DryZone noticed the sagging floors and saw signs of high moisture in the crawl space. He mapped out a support system in the crawl space that consisted of a supplemental beam and SmartJacks. Now the floors aren't bouncy anymore. 

During rainy seasons, this homeowner noticed water coming into the crawl space from the crawl space entry. He knew there had to be a better way to access the crawl space but still have a water-tight seal. He called the experts at DryZone to remove his current crawl space entry and fit him for a Turtl. With a Turtl, he has a water-tight seal and lockable access to his crawl space. 

This homeowner was experiencing sinking concrete on their back walkway. The concrete was so out of place, causing it to be a huge tripping factor Our team was able to go in and use our product, polylevel, to lift and level the sidewalk.

This homeowner was experiencing cracks in their basement wall. This part of their wall is unfinished, which is allowing water to come into the home. They also wanted to have this back porch fixed as it was bowing outward. After taking a look at both areas of concern, we deemed that we could fix the issues at hand by using our Geo Lock Wall Anchors for the porch and FlexiSpan to fix the wall brack.

This homeowner was continuously having to repair her basement due to flooding. Once we took a look, we recommended a few of out solutions in order to stop this from happening for good. This Homeowner noticed sinking concrete on their back walkway. They called us to come take a look at it and provide a solution because it is a tripping hazard.
