The process involves drilling small, penny-sized holes into the affected slabs and injecting a structural-grade polymer into the void beneath. This homeowner was looking to renovate their home and is looking to correct a foundation problem on a side of their home. After scoping out the situation, our team decided the best approach to fix this issue was to install SmartJack supports. These will support the floor joist system above.    The SmartJack support will help lift the foundation to be level.

This homeowner gave us a call because they are getting ready to make renovations to their home. They want to ensure that the foundation is stable prior to making any changes to their summer kitchen and enclosed porch.    Our team went out to take a look at the area to see how we could help. After looking at the area, we found that the best way to fix the issues would be to add a supplemental beam and smartjacks. There are two beams we will be adding smartjacks to in order to assist the additional jacks that we are installing to support the load bearing wall and porch. 

This homeowner reached out to us regarding their basement having water issues. They are planning to finish the basement in the future and want to ensure there are no water issues. Currently they have water coming into their basement in a few locations which need to be addressed prior to any work being done.    After our team went out to assess the situation, first we recommended the installation of waterguard. Waterguard is designed to capture water seepage through walls and leaks along the wall/floor joint. Secondly, we will be installing a triplesafe sump pump system. This system will keep the basement dry in extreme conditions and even during power outages. Most sump pumps fail because of either a failed pump, a pump that can't handle high volumes of water or power failure. The TripleSafe assures protection from all three sump pump problems.   Lastly, we will be adding iceguard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge line and installing cleanspace on the walls.
