Our Overall Service
Awesome experience! Simple and easy. Installers we nice and kind. No mess afterwards and explained the maintenance process for the pump and dehumidifier. Was very understanding with all our questions. Before, my wife would never go into the underfloor of the house, we had the entire conversation and signed the paperwork under there and relaxed for about 30 minutes after they left.
Call Representative
Very kind and explained everything. Only complaint I have, and a small one, a week prior to installation the company that marked all the water and power lines around the house showed up and I was unaware why someone was all-nighter around my house painting the ground. Notification would have been nice prior to their arrival.
Sales Process
I loved the approach he took. Felt like he was not there to sell me something, but there to help with an issue. I started ranting about what I wanted and he stopped me and explained the process to determine what I needed. Awesome friendly guy, he didn't even mind my crazy dog trying to play with him.
Our Installation Crew
They told us when they started, when they left. Didn't have much interactions with them. Offered them water, was stupid hot on the install day. The said no thank you sir, we have plenty of water in the truck.
The Cleanup Process
Very clean, small bits of plastic left under the floor. Me and the wife took our time to check everything out and sweep up. Did not mind. Other may mind.

Jessie Price recommended you after hearing about my problems. He told me "shut the hell up, and call these guys! They are the subject matter experts and do exactly what they say". Overall, I didn't feel like I was getting haggled about what I needed to get more money out of me. It was a bit pricey but an investment in my home that was well worth it. Thank you!
