DryZone, a company that cares

Every company has employees, not every company cares about its employees. Well “not caring” is probably a little extreme. What I’m getting at is that DryZone values its people more than any other company I’ve heard of. When family emergencies arise or when other unexpected events occur, the DryZone management team goes above and beyond to accommodate.  What this does is makes the employees work hard, and without complaints.

These guys really are the best…

Mario Camacho in a tight crawlspace  Part of what I do for the company is update our webpage with all the pictures of nasty crawlspaces, wet basement, broken foundations, etc. I get to see all the testimonials that come in from happy homeowners. So often I see things like “they worked so hard through really nasty conditions,” or “I was amazed at the quality and craftsmanship of the hard working men on my job.” When I’m having a bummer day and the mailman drops off a few of these, my day gets turned right around. Anytime I need volunteers for a Habitat for Humanity project or a fundraiser, these guys are always happy to help. They often work 50 hours or more a week in some of the wettest, dirtiest crawlspaces and basements but they know that helping the community in their spare time is worth it.

To sum up, the management cares for the employees and this makes the employees happy enough to go the extra mile all the time. Morale is a big deal at DryZone and we all help out in any facet that we can.
