Getting to know our homeowners is just as important as our quality of work

Getting to know our homeowners is just as important as our quality of work - Image 1  Finishing a basement for someone is a major deal. We are with the homeowners every step of the way for a few months. We get to know them, their family, even their pets. It is these strong relationships that make this job more like a lifestyle than just punching a clock. We get to transform old dungeon-looking basements into beautiful new family rooms, kid’s playrooms, bedrooms, even bathrooms. These homeowners stop seeing the “sales guy” or the “laborer” and really get to know “Derek” or “Kenny.” So many times we hear back from our crews that Mrs. Green makes great iced tea or that Mr. Walker knows quite a bit about the Revolutionary War. These homeowners really believe in what we do and remember us, not only for our quality of work, but for our smile and our good nature. Many times we get calls from our homeowners saying that they talk to their neighbors and give them our info. They wish everyone can have the experiences they have with us.

Remember you aren’t just buying a product or service, you are buying the company.
