When this homeowner was ready to sell their home, they realized it was really time to face facts; they needed to fix their failing wall in their basement. After a few different contractor appointments for a quick fix, they called DryZone to see what we could do. After meeting with our System Design Specialist, they felt the most comfortable moving forward with our PowerBrace system to support their home.

With the PowerBrace system, Zinc-plated beams are custom fit to the basement wall height and secured tightly against it. This is done with brackets that are anchored to the basement floor and floor joists. This system can be tightended over time, stopping wall failure without any invasive drilling or digging on the property. 

After installation of the PowerBrace system, the homeowner really felt they should have done the work sooner before selling the home!
