This homeowner received a major upgrade from their previous pump in the form of the TripleSafe. The TripleSafe is one of if not the most reliable sump pump systems with it's triple pump system. These three pump can protect your basement be it a major downpour or a Power Outage with it's back up battery.  

This uneven surface was posing a safety hazard and quit frankly also looked bad. To get it repaired the homeowners called the experts from DryZone for a solution. The solution was PolyLevel which is a liquid that is injected bellow the concrete slab which then expand to compress the soil which prevents settling as well as it lifts the slab up. This levels it out and ensures that in the future there won't be the threat of potential settling in the future causing the gaps to form again

When most contractors finish basements they finish them like they are above ground we here at DryZone understand that that is a bad practice. Our products are specifically designed to handle the unique challenges that you can and will face in your basement for example mold. Unlike out competitors who install drywall which is highly susceptible to mold while we use a non organic material on which mold can not grow. 

This homeowner decided it was time for their Crawlspace to get much-needed protection so they called the experts here at DryZone. To do this we installed CleanSpace which will be a vapour barrier keeping the Crawlspace dry for years to come.

This homeowner noticed water in various parts of their basement. They gave us a call because they no longer want to deal with the issue of having water in different parts of their basement. They are also planning to finish portions of the space in the near future and would rather get this fixed now than down the road.

After our team took a look, our recommendation was to add Waterguard and 2 sump pumps to keep the area clear of water moving forward. We are also going to be installing cleanspace wall system, a sanidry xp, replacing a current window with a rockwell egress system and lifting and leveling their back patio. 

They also asked for us to return to do additional work once their basement is finished such as ductwork!
