Yikes! This crawlspace in Easton, MD needed a lot of help! When our team went into this crawlspace, they found standing water, mold and humidity! With a call to DryZone, we encapsulated with CleanSpace, installed a SmartSump, and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

This crawlspace had CleanSpace encapsulation, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifer installed, and an EverLast door installed.

Encapsulating a crawl space can keep the home safe for years to come. Not only does it keep musty smells from entering the home, but it protects the floors from moisture damage and keeps the foundation strong. 

The homeowner gave us a call because they noticed they have an exterior wall in their finished basement letting water in and they are looking for a permanent fix. When we came out, they explained to us that whatever the solution is, they don't want to have to worry about it moving forward. After taking a look, our team recommended cutting the finished walls and installing waterguard and wall restoration. We also Installed a super sump pump to drain any water that may enter the basement in the future. Lastly, we installed 2 downspouts so that water moves away from the foundation of their home.
