Seams between concrete slabs can separate and increase the chanse of sinking concrete. DryZone doesn't just lift the concrete slabs, but seals the seams between each slab to ensure no more water washes away dirt underneath. 

This home had previously had an improperly done encapsulation which resulted in the homeowner calling the experts here at DryZone to come out and get the job done right. To do this our crewmembers came out and installed CleanSpace which will prevent moisture entering the crawlspace so that it will remain healthy for many years to come.

The owners of this home had decided that they wanted to change it from a place of storage to when where they spend their time and to do this they called the experts here at DryZone. The first step in transforming this into a livable area was to ensure that it was waterproof and to do this we installed a brand new SumpPump as well as a vapor barrier along the wall. The SumpPump will direct water away from the basement while the Vapor barrier will prevent moisture from permeating through the wall, act as insulation, and provides a neat finish. 

A crawlspace in Easton, Maryland was completely destroyed. Insullation was everywhere. DryZone came out and cleaned and restored the entire crawlspace.
