This is pretty typical of what most houses have in the door of their crawlspace. Its an old rusty piece of sheet metal. For 3 years running, DryZone is the #1 installer of Turtls - a robust crawlspace entryway.  We got rid of that old leaky door and put in a Turtl to keep the musty air and water out of the crawlspace.

This homeowner was complaining about the mold and mildew smell in their home. 

Exposed dirt in crawl spaces welcome groundwater in changing seasons. When rainy seasons came around, the ground absorbed water and it entered the crawl space from underneath. 

A homeowner in Millville was dealing with high humidity in his crawlspace. To address the issue, we installed CleanSpace, a 20-mil-thick liner similar to a pool liner. It is manufactured with a blend of high-density polyethylene for puncture resistance, low-density polyethylene for flexibility, and polyester cord reinforcement for brute tear resistance. Its bright white finish helps lighten the crawlspace and makes it easier to see that the area is clean and free of mold, insects, and dirt.

We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, which can remove up to 100 pints of moisture per day and move more than 300 cubic feet of dry air per minute.

A home in Ocean View, Delaware was not in a stable position. The homeowners called DryZone to come out and install SmartJacks to put the home's foundation back to it's original structural integrity.
