A flooding basement in Rehoboth Beach, DE started to become a home for microbial growth. After being unable to store anything in the basement for so long, this family decided they needed to make a change. DryZone waterproofed the basement with a CleanSpace wall system and trench drain leading to a TripleSafe sump pump. 

A crew from Dryzone installed an egress window in the house to ensure that the Homeowner would have access to plenty on natural light in the basement.

This crawlspace goes through a major transformation with the first difference being that CleanSpace was installed to prevent moisture from seeping through the ground. Next the vents are blocked and a Everlast door is installed to limit the amount of of outside air entering the crawlspace. Then last but not least a SaniDry Sedona was installed to remove moisture from the air. This is all done to keep the humidity level of your crawlspace down to levels where mold can not fester. 

One of the key forces in protecting your basement is the Sump Pump which Removes water from the basement and the ground around it. This particular model shown in the photo is the Triple safe which has three different pumps of varying power and a backup battery.
