This crawlspace was experiencing high humidity, leading to condensation and microbial growth.

Heather was concerned about the possibility of her crawlspace flooding. Knowing that standing water could lead to costly damage, she contacted the trusted experts at DryZone to schedule a free inspection. Our System Design Specialist, Don, conducted a thorough inspection and reviewed the solutions available to help prevent flooding and control moisture in the crawlspace.

To protect the space, we installed HydroLink around the perimeter to direct any water that enters straight to the TripleSafe sump pump system. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona, which can remove up to 100 pints of moisture per day and move more than 300 cubic feet of dry air per minute. To complete the system, we installed CleanSpace, a thick liner similar to a pool liner. CleanSpace is manufactured with an antimicrobial additive called UltraFresh that is molded directly into the material.

With two inches of water last Spring finding its way into the crawl space, this property in Showell, Maryland needed to keep the basement dry.
