This is a repeat Homeowner. DryZone first solved their issue with their concrete issues with their porch and driveway slabs.  At that time, they knew that they wanted to do something with their wet and musty crawl space. DryZone went back out, interviewed the homeowner, listened, showed and together built a solution for their crawl space. Now you can see how they protected their home!

This homeowner had a basement with a wall crack that was repaired a couple years ago and it failed again.  They called DryZone out and our Designer showed them the FlexiSpan Wall Crack repair system.  This system is designed to flex with the wall during the temperature changes. The repair has a 5 year warranty, transferable if they decide to sell the home. 

This is an amazing transformation, but it is one accomplished every day by DryZone! This crawl space had suffered from high humidity for years. The weight of the water in the air was pulling down the insulation, along with providing a habitat which led to microbial growth and poor air quality in the home.  This transformation included a full encapsulation with CleanSpace liner and the installation of a SaniDry dehumidifier.
