The first thing we put in place to preserve this church's crawlspace and foundation is a CleanSpace to prevent moisture from entering. This is done to keep the humidity levels low which is done to prevent mold from growing on the wood and degrading it. We also installed an Everlast door for further sealing from the outside for both moisture and trash.
This homeowner had previously supported their sagging floors with a 2x4 but knowing that wouldn't last they decided to call the experts at DryZone to get a permanent solution. The solution we gave them was the SmartJack which will not only prevent further decay but it can also be adjusted to restore the home to it's best shape
This Chincoteague Island home owner was looking to have their crawlspace encapsulated and closed off from the outside. They were looking to get rid of any humidity, as well as have the crawlspace be a clean area.
The homeowner is looking to have his crawlspace encapsulated and closed off from the outside so that it can stay a dry and healthy area. All of the humidity and the uncleanliness of the space is what ultimately drew the homeowner to give us a call.
Our team went out to take a look and found that we would be able to encapsulate the area with ease. We also recommended adding supplemental beam and smartjacks in order to keep the integrity of the area stable. On top of that, we added a proper entrance to the space so it can be accessed easily. Lastly, we used our spray insulation to close off the area and keep it insulated from the outside.
A crawlspace in Frankford, Delaware needed some reconstructing due to the big storm that we had. Flooding the entire crawlspace, leaving mold and much of the insulation falling.
