Pool decks are more likely to sink into the ground due to large amounts of water going between concrete slabs. With PolyLevel, the void underneath a concrete slab can be filled and sinking slabs are raised. 

This homeowner's crawlspace had many beams that held moisture an became a breeding ground for mold. In order for the crawlspace to be like new, DryZone wrapped everything in CleanSpace, added a dehumidifier to remove the moisture in the air, and a sump pump for proper drainage. 

When moisture puddles under your home, it can be a breeding ground for bad smelling microbial growth. With CleanSpace, a sump pump, and dehumidifier, moisture and breeding grounds are gone forever!

Concrete slabs can settle into the ground when dirt washes away underneath. When slabs sink, they can collect water, and can cause water damage to a home that is against a slab. 

Falling insulation and water intrusion can be a bad mix full of microbial growth. After cleaning the fallen insulation out of the crawl space, DryZone controlled the moisture and placed a strong sump pump to remove ground water as soon as it comes in.
