This homeowner knew they could not avoid the problem underneath of his home any longer. He called DryZone to do a full inspection of the crawl space to see what the problem was and how it could be solved. DryZone reduced the moisture by encapsulating the crawl space with CleanSpace, and adding a sump pump to remove groundwater. With the moisture reduced, things like microbial growth that caused the foul odor were gone! 

This homeowner was looking to renovate their home and is looking to correct a foundation problem on a side of their home. After scoping out the situation, our team decided the best approach to fix this issue was to install SmartJack supports. These will support the floor joist system above. 

The SmartJack support will help lift the foundation to be level.

Our team went out to take a look at the area to see how we could help. After looking at the area, we found that the best way to fix the issues would be to add a supplemental beam and smartjacks. There are two beams we will be adding smartjacks to in order to assist the additional jacks that we are installing to support the load bearing wall and porch.
