The crawl space of a Frederica, DE home had such high humidity it was at 70.7 degrees. When the humidity reached that high it caused the humid air to moisten the joists and wooden beams causing them to mold and fall apart. DryZone came out and was able to gain back the right temperature a crawl space should be; under 65 degrees fahrenheit. In no time at all we were able to restore the home and seal it so that the crawl space wouldn't get wet. How we did this was place in the CleanSpace Liner; it's a water barrier. Then, we were able to place in the humidifer which this is used for putting some moist air so that in the summer the crawl space could keep cool.
