This homeowner from Salisbury, MD reached out to DryZone experts due to microbial growth fears in their crawlspace. These experts removed debris and regraded the crawlspace floor for better drainage. They also installed CleanSpace to the floor, piers, and blocked vents from the outside. As a result, the home and crawlspace are protected for years to come.

A basment in Houston, Delaware had water condensating from the ground. DryZone came out and installed a Sump Pump system to help drain the water out from the basement.

This homeowner is a previous customer of ours. We had originally gone out and installed WaterGuard within their basement, but after further inspection it needed to be redone. They are planning to finish their basement and before they start that project, they want to be 100% certain that the water issues are fixed and will not return. 

What makes this job a little trickier than others are that the builder of the home made the basement too deep for their location. The homeowners know that because of this, water will always get into the basement but want to have a system in place to ensure it does not damage. 

To be certain there would be no further issues, we re-did the WaterGuard, added a TripleSafe Sump Pump and ran a discharge line out and away from the home.
