The homeowners in Claymont, DE are concerned with the condition of their basement. The home is old but they want their basement to stay safe and sound. Finishing a basement is a big problem. But, if the basement is not properly sealed or waterproofed, a finished basement can be quickly ruined by a water leak. DryZone installed a french drain around the perimeter of the basement with CleanSpace wall coverings to guide water downwards. When the water goes to the trench drain, it flows to the sump pump and gets pumped out of the home.
