The first step we took was shoring up parts of the foundation that had begun to sag and to do that we used SmartJacks which will raise the house to its previous height while preventing sinking in the future. The final step is the installation of CleanSpace which will keep the humidity low which will prevent any mold growth and wood rot.

The system we chose to replace it was the Turtl which is designed to prevent water from getting into the Crawlspace and make accessing the Crawlspace easier
