This crawl space had a thin vapor barrier that was improperly taped to the foundation and had fallen down in many areas. After falling, it seemed the vapor barrier showed signs of ripping! DryZone replaced the vapor barrier and completely sealed every corner of this crawl space!

This homeowner called because his basement was getting a lot of water after storms. He knew he needed a perimeter drainage system and new sump pump. He didn't realize that he had choices when it came to the pump. His main concern was that if the power went out his pump wouldn't work. He also knew that his current sump pump wasn't able to keep up with the amount of water he was getting. We showed him the TripleSafe system and he knew it was perfect.
