Basement Waterproofing Protects a Home in Marcus Hook, PA

This back room of the basement was a dank and dreary place. Not the place that the homeowner spent a great deal of time in. The unfortunate thing is that water can get in and destroy even unused spaces. This is why waterproofing is such a critical aspect for all areas of the home, used and unused space. Here WaterGuard installation and Wall Liner wil help protect this homeowner's investment.

Dirty and Damp Crawl Space in Painter, Virginia

This homeowner in Painter Virginia had concerns of her drafty, damp crawl space. After meeting with her designer, they together built a system using the CleanSpace Encapsulation system to keep the humidity low and seal up out side air.

Flooding Crawlspace in Seaford, Delaware

A crawlspace in lower Seaford, Delaware had completely flooded after a big storm. The water had come all the way up to the pipe lines, and almost to the bottom of the house's flooring.

DryZone came out and drained all the water out, and fixed much of the insulation that had been damaged by the flood.

Seaford, DE "water front" property

When we first entered this crawlspace in Seaford, it wasn't safe to inspect. There was so much water that it was hazardous. We had to first pump out the crawlspace before inspecting it. Then we went to work on drying it out and keeping it dry in the future. A perimeter drainage pipe was installed throughout the entire crawlspace, along with several crawlspace sump pumps. The first picture was taken almost exactly a month before the second one. See how much the walls have dried out over that short time. The stains have gone from nearly 3 feet to just a couple inches.

Leaning chimney fixed in Lower Delaware

This chimney in Seaford was leaning away from the house. DryZone installed 2 helical piers and lifted it back into place. This is the same technique used to lift broken foundation walls in a home. You can see the visible difference.
