This home in Dover was showing signs of uneven settlement on the walls inside the home. The homeowner called DryZone and explained that there were cracks and gaps between the crown molding and the ceiling. DryZone installed 6 SmartJack crawl space support posts in key areas to stabilize the sagging floor. The old 4x4 lumber was no longer effective, but luckily the SmartJacks are adjustable and quite sturdy.
