This homeowner had recently had problems with their crawlspace flooding and they decided to call DryZone so the problem would be fixed right. To fix it right we installed a SumpPump which would pump out any water that threatened to enter the basement and installed CleanSpace which will keep any moisture from entering.

This Crawlspace had fallen into disrepair so they called the experts here at Dryzone to fix it up. To fix it up first we removed all of the debris and afterward, CleanSpace was installed to prevent any outside moisture from entering the Crawlspace. This is important as if water moisture is allowed to enter the Crawlspace it will result in mold growth as well as it will damage the wood thus compromising your foundation. 

This Homeowner was having issues with his floor sagging and planned on fixing it themselves but they knew that the Crawlspace would first need to be encapsulated to make sure it wouldn't need to be fixed again in the future. To do this he called the experts here at DryZone to come out and the first step we took to encapsulate the Crawlspace was the instillation of CleanSpace which is tough enough to withstand him fixing the foundation and will act as a moisture barrier. The final step we took was the installation of a SaniDry Sedona which is a dehumidifier that will ensure that any moisture in the Crawlspace will be removed preventing mold Growth and ensuring he won't need to fix his foundation again. 

These homeowners decided to call DryZone when their bedroom floor was sagging so bad they were no longer able to sleep in their own bed and we quickly discovered the issue and began implementing measures to fix it. The first thing we did was replace the rotten Beams with new ones and we then installed SmartJacks underneath them to return the foundation to its original location and prevent any sinking in the future. Then to ensure that this would not happen to the Foundation again in the future we installed CleanSpace to keep the humidity low which will prevent mold growth which destroyed the wood foundation. 

This homeowner had previously had us do a foundation repair and now they wanted to ensure that they wouldn't need more in the future. To do that they had us come out and encapsulate their Crawlspace so that water damage would not occur again.
