This homeowner noticed water in various parts of their basement. They gave us a call because they no longer want to deal with the issue of having water in different parts of their basement. They are also planning to finish portions of the space in the near future and would rather get this fixed now than down the road.

After our team took a look, our recommendation was to add Waterguard and 2 sump pumps to keep the area clear of water moving forward. We are also going to be installing cleanspace wall system, a sanidry xp, replacing a current window with a rockwell egress system and lifting and leveling their back patio. 

They also asked for us to return to do additional work once their basement is finished such as ductwork!

When we work on a crawlspace like this the first step will be the removal of debris and insulation so that the CleanSpace may be installed. The CleanSpace will then act as insulation and a vapor barrier to keep your crawlspace healthy for years to come

Having a high water table around a home can cause more ground water to come into a crawlspace. To protect the home, DryZone covered the dirt floor and created a pathway for any ground water to be removed from under the home. Now the crawlspace is brighter and has a more controlled environment.
